Tidemark Breathworks
Coastal wellbeing studio

Breathe with the tide, recover at your own pace.

Breathwork, restorative movement, and guided recovery in a calm room by the water.

Quietly expert

A steady place to down-regulate, not another buzzing wellness gym.

We keep groups small, sessions unhurried, and the room warm. What you build here is a calmer baseline you can carry back into an ordinary week.

Ways to practice

Four unhurried paths back to your baseline

Grouped so you can start where your body is today, then move between them as the weeks settle.

Foundational

Guided breathwork

Slow, coached breathing patterns that shift you out of a stress response and into a longer, calmer exhale.

Foundational

Restorative movement

Floor-based, supported movement that releases held tension without pushing your body past a comfortable edge.

One to one

Guided recovery

Private sessions built around your nervous system after illness, burnout, or a long stretch of poor sleep.

Together

Coastal group terms

Six-week small-group terms that build a rhythm you can keep, with the same faces and the same quiet room.

How a session feels

No performance, no pressure, no counting reps.

You arrive, you settle, and we work with whatever state your body turned up in. Nothing here is competitive and nothing is timed against a clock you cannot see.

  • Small rooms, capped numbers, and a facilitator who stays with you the whole hour.
  • Trauma-aware pacing, so you can rest at any point without explaining why.
  • A short written recap after each term, so progress is something you can actually see.
Member notes

Steady words from steady people

I came in after a hard year of shift work and could barely slow my breathing. Twelve weeks on, I sleep through most nights. The room never once felt like a gym.

Recovery here was the first place that let me rest without turning it into a project. They paced everything around my energy, not a template. I felt genuinely met.

The group term gave me a rhythm I could keep. Same room, same faces, no pressure to perform. My resting heart rate is lower than it has been in a decade.
