Start with a single session or settle into a term. Every path shares the same quiet room and the same unhurried tempo.

Guided breathwork

Coached breathing that lengthens your exhale and eases you out of a stress response. The most common place to begin, and the one most people return to.

Restorative movement

Slow, supported movement on the floor, designed to release held tension without ever pushing you past a comfortable edge. No experience needed.

75 minutes, private

Guided recovery

One-to-one sessions built around your nervous system after illness, burnout, or a long stretch of poor sleep. Paced entirely to your energy on the day.

Six-week term

Coastal group term

A small, closed group that meets weekly to build a rhythm you can keep. Same faces, same room, and a short written recap at the end.

A first session

What the first hour actually looks like.

There is no fitness test and nothing to prove. We start by simply noticing where your breath and body are, then work gently from there.

  • A short, unhurried check-in so we understand what you arrived with.
  • Guided breathing and supported movement, always with a resting option.
  • A long, quiet close so you leave settled rather than switched on.

Beginners are welcome and encouraged. If you are recovering from something specific, tell us first and we will shape the session around it.

What to bring

Very little

Comfortable clothes and nothing else. Mats, bolsters, and blankets are all here, and the room is kept warm on purpose.

Reachable by design

Step-free access and quiet arrival times. We are glad to talk through any adjustments before you book, no detail too small.

Aftercare

A gentle landing

You leave with one or two simple practices for the week, never a homework list. Small and repeatable beats ambitious and abandoned.
